Rosehips are the most amazing food for equines (humans, dogs!) with joint & general stiffness. My 23 yr old semi retired ID x TB Eventer has been on the usual glucosamine & chondroitin for the last couple of years with some relief. This summer I put him on micronised rosehips & linseed and within a couple of days he was transformed. I took him off the glucosamine etc over a couple of weeks & now he has approx 250 g per day rosehips & linseed & he's never looked back. His stiffness is gone, his schooling work is transformed & he no longer has trouble with stoney ground. Even the farrier commented how much easier my horse is when being shod. I've now started having rosehips myself daily (already have linseed) & I can honestly say I am much less stiff getting out of bed, chairs etc. I cannot recommend rosehips highly enough. Five stars +
