How do I place an order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check that all your order details are correct and email (or call) us at [email protected] to let us know of any change needed.

How is my order delivered?

Orders placed before midday (Monday to Thursday) will be with you the next day. Delivery to your door is between 9am and 6pm. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. 

We do have an option for Saturday delivery at an extra cost (UK customers only). For more information please call our team on 01526 861 153 or 0800 080 7770 and we will be happy to help. (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm).

How much is shipping?

What if I receive a damaged product?

In the unfortunate circumstance where part, or all of your order, arrives damaged in transit, or doesn’t arrive at all, please call us immediately on 01526 861 153 to arrange a replacement item/s. Any query regarding orders must be made within 14 days of the original order date. It is usually necessary for us to arrange with you a convenient time for our delivery provider to collect the damaged item/s. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is necessary as we may obtain compensation from our delivery provider and for our own quality control monitoring purposes. Please retain all original packaging along with your delivery note for returns or queries.

What are your customer satisfaction, returns and cancellation policies?

If, when your order arrives, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return any products, to the address below, for a full refund. Products must remain unopened, in their original condition and received by us within 14 days from your order date. Returns will be made at your own expense.

How do I store my products?

We recommend that supplements are keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and that the lid is replaced after opening.

Feeds should be stored in a clean dry environment away from direct sunlight, ideally once a bag is opened it should be stored in a container with a lid, such as a feed bin.

Where are your products packed?

Our products are packed and dispatched from our facility in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, where we keep a very close eye on their quality.

What is your packaging made from and can I recycle them?

All the cardboard and plastic lids and jars are fully recyclable, in almost all local government recycling schemes.

All the plastic we use is BPA free because we don’t want any chemicals leaching into our products.

Can I recycle your packaging?

You can recycle everything even the eco-filling!

What’s Equestrizone’s carbon footprint?

Honestly, we don’t know exactly, but we try to source all of our ingredients from UK growers. We are continually improving our processes and packaging methods to reduce our impact on the environment, it is a matter we take very seriously and we will always keep you updated as improvements progress.

What’s your Trading Standards and BETA licences?

The products we sell on our website have been made to exacting standards, under HACCP Feed Safety principles. Keyflow (UK) Ltd is BETA NOPS and UFAS accredited. Equestrizone is UFAS accredited. 

What if my horse is a fussy eater?

Equine health products are generally very palatable, however, for fussy eaters, or when introducing a new supplement, do so very gradually and building up to the required dose over several days.

Tinctures can be orally syringed, if needed.

How much should I feed?

Feed according to height and weight and always follow feeding instructions on the packaging labels or on the manufacturers website.  We aim to make sure our labelling is clear and simple, so you know exactly what you are feeding, If in any doubt please contact the manufacturer of the product.Labelling should be clear and simple, if you have any doubt please contact the manufacturers of the product.

When will I see a difference?

Horses are individuals but, generally, allow 3-4 weeks for dry herb mixes and 7-10 days for our tinctures.

What is does that term mean?

BETA – British Equestrian Trade Association
